How to Make Brownies that don't stick to panA few months ago I made brownies and I sprayed the pan really well with non-stick spray so it wouldn’t stick to the pan and what happens? It stuck to the pan so bad it was ridiculous. So the next couple of times I made brownies and I experimented between lining the pan with foil and parchment paper and the clear winner was parchment paper!

How to Make Brownies that Don't Stick to the PanIt’s the easiest thing to do. All you do is line your pan with parchment paper, making sure it comes up on each edge.  Pour in your brownie mixture and bake according to directions. Let cool and then remove parchment paper/brownies from pan. I find it helps if you have a helper so you can each grab a corner.  Look how nicely it comes off.  ZERO STICKING! YES!
