My kids love playing sports. They love football, soccer, tee ball and so much more. My older kids enjoy playing sports with our city in the spring and fall but in the summer when they aren’t playing with a team, they love to keep active by playing in our yard or at the park. The summer months can be brutal to stay active in because of the intense heat so to stay healthy, happy and hydrated I try to have plenty of our favorite snacks and drinks to grab and go!

My boys love to dress up in their sports uniforms and play against each other. It’s one of their favorite activities.

Don’t forget to hydrate!

Hydrate with water!  I always bring a water bottle for my kids when we go out to their sports events with cold water.
