10 Amazing Recipes for the 4th of July + Becky’s Bites of Life- June
It’s July! A fun and hot month! I hope you all had a great June! This past month was a good one for me. My husband has a break from school and so we’ve been enjoying spending more time together as a family. We went camping a couple weeks ago to Freemont Indian State Park and we had a blast! I was so stressed with life before that trip and I was able to finally relax. I needed that trip and we all had a good time! We ate some great food, I had the best s’more ever (the trick was I used dark chocolate and it was half melted) and we enjoyed discovering the area. If you ever need a fun little trip check this place out.
I’m super excited for the 4th of July this year! I love the USA and celebrating it with my family!

Becky’s Bites of Life:
The cave of 100 hands at Freemont Indian State Park. It was neat to learn more about the Freemont Indians.
My baby Luke is 9 months now! Time is flying. He is THE cutest baby! I love him so much. He is a happy and smart boy. He loves to be on the move constantly and is already starting to destroy the house. Carina (my 2-year-old) adores him and thinks she’s in charge of him. haha Fun times here!
This morning my son was baptized! I’m so proud of him for choosing to follow our Savior. It was a special day today!
My husband and I went on a late night date to hike the Y here in Provo, Utah. The view was incredible! Where are your favorite places to hike?
Thoughts/Things I’m Loving Lately:
-I finally bought some baby food pouches for Luke. I figured it’d be best to use on our camping trip and he LOVES them! I wish I would have known about these sooner. Did they have these 8 years ago? I just bought these reusable food pouches from Amazon so I’m excited to add my own healthy food for him to enjoy.
-I’m obsessed with No Bake Energy Bites. It’s such a great QUICK and energy boosting snack! I just made a double batch of my Chocolate ones and gave some to my friend who just had a baby.
