December is here! I’m so excited! Christmas is my favorite time of the year and even more so now that I have kids and they enjoy it so much. It makes it more magical seeing Christmas through their eyes and how excited they are! Have you put up your tree yet? I’m sad we have to wait another week and a half to put our tree up because we are moving. It’s a crazy time to move but my husband will have a much shorter commute and we’ll have a bigger house and a yard! We are looking forward to that although I’ll certainly miss where we live now and the many friends I have made.
This past month I shared a lot of great recipes on my blog here are your favorites and mine.
Most Popular Recipe in November…
The best pies start with an Oreo Pie Crust!
I have to give a shout out to this fabulous recipe! I posted it two years ago but you all went crazy for it this past month! I’m so happy about that because it’s also one of my very favorite recipes on my blog! We had this for Thanksgiving this year and it was amazing as always!
My Favorite Recipe in November…
Oh this pie! It’s freaking amazing. Seriously one of the best desserts I’ve ever made! It’s crazy fast to make and insanely good!
Becky’s Bites of Life:
It’s harder these days with three kids to go out on dates so it feels extra special when we do! My husband is currently obsessed with sushi so we went out to eat at Itto Sushi. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken with Tempura veggies and it was so heavenly! I highly recommend it! The sushi is amazing too even though I’m not a big fan.
My cute Carina is almost 9 months! That sure went by FAST! Why can’t pregnancy fly by?! She is the cutest baby girl ever and I am so in love with her! She is so very curious and is loving crawling around the house and discovering EVERYTHING! She thinks she’s a human vacuum so I always have to keep my eye on her! haha
Asher turned 4 the day after Thanksgiving. We had a fun day celebrating him and not worrying about Black Friday. I love him so much. He’s a smart kid and makes all of us smile!
Every year we make tamales with my family. It’s always so yummy. One of these days I’ll get our recipe up on the blog!

Stay tuned for more fun and delicious recipes!ย

That pie looks amazing!!!! I will have to make it
Your kids are so so cute.
Thanks! It’s my pie obsession!
That Oreo Peanut Butter Pie looks amazing!
Thanks! It really was outstanding!
Looks like a great month! And that cranberry salad looks delightful!!!
Thanks Kim! It was a good month but stressful at times! That cranberry salad is one of my favorite recipes ever! ๐
I’ve never liked the runny cranberry sauce or jellied gunk in a can that people serve at Thanksgiving. But I love cranberries and cranberries juice, dried on salad, in sandwiches, etc. Now I’ll have to try this salad. Thanks!
I’m with ya! This Cranberry Salad rocks! I’m sure you’ll love it!
We always make a ton of candy – taffy, fudge, divinity, etc, plus lots of cookies (gingersnaps are my fave!). I’m looking forward to starting some new traditions with my daughter this year as well; it’s her second Christmas, and now that she has a better understanding of what’s going on, I’m excited to make it memorable ๐

That’s so much fun! I want to learn to make more candy recipes. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas this year! ๐
Cute kiddos. I am so envious of people with little ones these days. I miss those days now that my kids and even most of my grandkids are all so much older. Enjoy your time with them, it does fly by so quickly.
Thanks you Adrian! My oldest is 6 and time sure does seem to go fast sometimes!
