Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hey friends! I feel like it has been so long since I posted. Last week was a busy week! We took a long 15 hour road trip to Washington (Fort Flagler) for a big family reunion with my husbands side of the family. It was so fun to see relatives I had met before again and meet new relatives. The boys had a blast and loved being close to the ocean and playing in the sand. We had fun but boy is it nice to be home! The ride home was LONG and our AC  stopped working for over an hour. It was 100 degrees F outside. It was miserable but I prayed hard and it started working again! I felt bad for our boys and we won’t be driving anywhere more than 30 minutes away anytime soon.

My brother and his family are in town from Ohio. Since they came during our trip we only got to see them a little before and after. Before we left we had them over for my delicious Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies. He requested them one more time so I made them and stuffed a few with Oreos!

Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip CookiesIt turned out really cool looking! I’ll admit it’s pretty intense but a very fun treat! I only made a few so the recipe is more of a simple outline of what to do but obviously it’s very easy! Just wrap the cookie dough around an Oreo! And if you have double stuff it’s even more cool looking!

Enjoy!
