May is here! Who else is excited? I love the warmer weather and beautiful flowers all around. My favorite part is that it’s warm enough that my boys and I can have fun outside everyday! I hope you all had a lovely April and a wonderful Easter! Here is a little review of my month on the blog and from my life…

I love this recipe I created! These were heavenly and so much healthier and tastier than Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs!
My Favorite Recipes in April were…
I can’t wait to make these again! It filled my house with such a lovely smell. And I just loved the taste and texture. Mmm!
3-Ingredient Crockpot Chicken Tacos
This is pretty much one of the coolest recipes you will ever make! It takes no time at all to prepare and is so full of flavor! Plus we had so many leftovers from this it was fun to try new things with it during the week. (Like taco salad, burritos etc.)
Fun Blog News:
I reached 3,000 Facebook likes this last month! Sadly only 30-250 of you are even seeing my posts but it’s still cool! Have you liked my page yet? My Pinterest is close to 3,000. I pin some cool things, you should follow me there too! 🙂
Becky’s Bites of Life:
My little guy didn’t cry for the first time while getting his hair cut! I was so happy! I felt so bad every other time before because he would cry during his haircuts.
Levi is getting so big! He is going to be 5 next month! Time sure flies by. He is my little buddy. We have fun together!
My husband and I ate some really good food this month! This picture is from a date at Tsunami. My husband loves sushi. This was my first time having it. I am not a seafood fan but I like the tempura sushi. I ordered the Asian style tacos (top right) it was so good! The flavors were incredible!
We celebrated out 6th anniversay on April 26th. It was so fun spending the day together in Salt Lake. There are so many fun things to do. We ate amazing authentic Italian pizza and Belgian style waffles. It was awesome. I love eating good food especially when I don’t have to make it!
The boys enjoyed a fun Easter egg hunt at my in-laws the week before Easter.
Or should I say they had an eggcelent time? lol… I love my hair in this picture! If you know me I am not great at doing my hair plus I don’t have time to anyway. So when I bought this Deep Waver off of Amazon I am not even kidding it changed my life! I love how easy it is to use and how pretty it looks. I was shocked one Sunday when I had done my hair with the deep waver I got so many compliments! I usually don’t so it was kind of nice!
I got the blue one, they have it in purple too but that one costs more.
One of our favorite things to do is visit the Aquarium. We love their new big building. There is so much to see!
I hope you all have a wonderful May! What fun plans do you have this month?
Stay tuned for more fun and delicious recipes!

Thanks Alex! I hope you have a great month too!
My husband and kids LOVE sushi!! I have to cave and go every so often, but we have fun!
That’s fun! I like trying new things even if it’s just once to see it I like it or not.
I do love your hair wavy. Seeing your hair long and wavy like that makes me feel slightly tempted to grow mine out again… 😉 You look like you’re all having so much fun! I definitely want to try your orange rolls, soon. They look and sound delicious! Take care, Becky!
Thanks Rachel! I like having long hair but I can imagine there are nice benefits of having short hair too!
