Happy Valentines Day everyone! I made these adorable heart shaped cake pops for Derek today. He loved it! I can’t even tell you how good cake pops are. They are addicting. Everyone one can’t get enough of them. Even though I love them so much they are a lot of work so I will be taking a break from them for a while and trying healthier recipes. But I highly recommend making them at least once. They are so cute and are so fun to give to people.
I made them heart shaped by first making the cake/frosting mixture into balls then pressing each ball into a heart shaped cookie cutter. Then after a couple of hours in the fridge dipped it in the candy melts and decorated it.
Becky! Did you kiss that box all over 🙂 I am so sad that I have not been able to try one of your cake pops yet, and now you’re taking a break, dang it.
