How dreamy are these cookies?! These were a huge test of self-control for me this year which I probably didn’t pass. haha The dough is so delicious and the cookies are amazing! So soft and flavorful. For sure this is one of my very favorite cookie recipes on my blog!

This pie has quite the story! After a trip to Key West where I tried NINE different slices of key lime pie. I came home with a bag of key limes and a plan to recreate the best key lime pie we had in The Keys. I wanted to do it fast so I could use the key limes I bought for the pie I made for the pictures in my post and I did it! I went a little crazy and made about 11 different key lime pies in the days after my vacation. Then after posting the recipe, by request from some neighbors, my son and I made 30 pies for a fundraiser. (To help earn money for him being on his high school’s ballroom team.

For about a month straight I ate key lime pie every day! And I didn’t get tired of it. I hope you try it!
