These are fantastic! I highly recommend them. I’ve been intending to make these for a while & I’m glad that I did. These are soft & so tasty! IMO they’re better than scotcharoos.
These are the absolute BEST rice krispy treats! I didn’t have chocolate chips but had hershey bars with almonds and I loved it! I also used a combination of mostly natural crunchy peanut butter with about 1/3 of it being regular creamy Skippy. Everything else I did exactly as recipe calls for and its our very favorite treat now. I put that extra handful of marshmellows in there just before mixing into the rice krispies and it makes them so delicious and gooey yet firm enough that they aren’t falling apart but soft and gooey enough to not be hard and dry like some rice krispy recipes leave you with. This is a winner and the only recipe ill ever use. Super yummy!!
Thank you!! That sounds so good how you made it. This recipe is a gem! 🙂
