Life is crazy right now! How are you guys holding up?
I’m trying to focus on the positives that are coming from this time of quarantine but I also want to be honest, sometimes it’s all too much. It’s hard to help my older kids with schoolwork while still helping my little kids with everything they need. My personal time is rare. And my husband just started working from home and we don’t have an office space so he’s upstairs and I try to keep the kids away and quiet, especially when he’s on Zoom meetings. But really we are doing good and have so much to be grateful for!
I want to end with my tips for feeling your best. I’ve had a lot of friends and family say that they have trouble sleeping and the worries in the world and personal life are making them feel anxious and depressed.
Last year I went through a difficult time with postpartum anxiety. It was a hard and confusing time but I was able to learn a lot from that experience and the following tips are what helped me overcome it and feel my best.
Let me know if you’d be interested in hearing more about this. Also, of course, it’s ok to eat your favorite not so healthy foods sometimes! I certainly do, and that definitely includes ice cream. 🙂
