How to Make Spooky Brownies:
1- Start by making THE BEST BROWNIES! You are going to love my recipe for Fudgy and Chewy Brownies! There are so many great reviews since I posted it and my family and friends are all big fans!
The only thing different you will do is you won’t add chocolate chips on top before baking it. And if you’d like, you can use dark chocolate cocoa powder and chips to make it a little darker for Halloween but that’s up to you if you like dark chocolate and have it on hand.
2- Make Chocolate Ganache- It’s actually SUPER easy! You just add warm heavy cream to chocolate chips or chopped chocolate. Wait a few minutes, stir, add 1-2 drops of black food coloring, and then evenly spread on top of the brownies.
3- Add the candy eyes either before or after cutting it. The ganache stays a little sticky so you can add them later. (The reason you may do that is to keep the cut lines from hitting into the eyes.)
4- Chill the brownies so the ganache can set.
5- Cut and enjoy the tastiest and spookiest brownies!
These brownies are SO tasty! The brownies are deliciously fudgy, chewy, and chocolaty. The chocolate ganache is so pretty and the taste is outstanding. This is chocolate heaven! It’s so fun to place the candy eyes wherever you feel like would be fun! I used big eyes and small eyes and grouped some together as pairs and some alone. My kids, family, and friends LOVED these!
This is the ultimate FUN and SPOOKY Halloween dessert! These Spooky Brownies are perfect for Halloween parties and more!
Enjoy!
