Detox Green Smoothie- Give your body a boost of healthy ingredients! This smoothie is full of fiber, antioxidants, immune boosting ingredients and is so tasty!
Happy New Year friends! I’m so excited to share this fabulous green smoothie recipe with you today! For months I tried so many different green smoothie combinations but this recipe was the winner! Not just for me but my kids as well which is important to me because almost every time I make a smoothie I make it for my family. I love helping my kids get more vitamins and minerals in them from the best source nature has to offer! Fruits and vegetables.
You are probably wondering why this green smoothie recipe is called Detox Green Smoothie. It’s nothing intense like a detox diet, just a way to help your body have the healthy fuel it needs, with whole and natural foods, to help it detox naturally. When we overindulge and eat unhealthily that makes it harder for our bodies to detox. That’s why the Detox Green Smoothie is so great! It’s an easy and delicious way to consume a lot of fruits and vegetables and makes it easier on our bodies to detox. It helps us to have more vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
