Smoothies are awesome! It’s one of my favorite ways to include more fruits and veggies in my diet and are especially helpful with kids who are picky eaters. My kids love to make smoothies with me. It’s so fun for them to help me add ingredients and they think it’s so exciting to watch it blend up. Next, they get to pick out which color straw they want and then we enjoy our smoothies together.
