This sweet, creamy, and delicious Whipped Cinnamon Vanilla Honey Butter is super easy to make! Spread it on your favorite bread and more!
Whipped Cinnamon Vanilla Honey Butter is so dreamy! Not only is it super easy to make it tastes so delicious and creamy! I’ve been making my favorite Honey White Bread on repeat for about 2 years now. I love to give it as a little gift and I started making Honey Butter to go along with it. Over the holidays I perfected the recipe and am excited to share this perfect and yummy recipe for Whipped Cinnamon Vanilla Honey Butter with you all!
THE BEST HONEY BUTTER
This recipe is tried and true! I adjusted it a few times with feedback from family and friends.
It has the perfect ratio of butter, honey butter, and a little bit of powdered sugar to give it a great creamy texture and a touch more sweetness. The addition of vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt elevates it to perfection!
Ingredients Needed to Make Whipped Cinnamon Vanilla Honey Butter:
Unsalted Butter- Make sure it’s at room temperature so it’s easy to whip. Unsalted butter makes it so you can control the amount of salt in the honey butter. Plus you’ll be using sea salt which is delicious!
Honey- Use your favorite honey. I like to use local honey. This is the star ingredient!
Powdered Sugar- The main reason for adding powdered sugar is to help the texture of the honey butter be thicker and creamier but a little added sweetness is delicious!
Vanilla Extract- Makes everything better! Make sure to use a high-quality pure vanilla extract. (Like this one.)
Cinnamon- You can adjust the amount as you like. I’m a big fan so I always add at least 1 teaspoon.
Sea Salt- I like using sea salt because it has a stronger flavor than table salt but isn’t too strong on the salt flavor. I like that it has fine crystals.
What to use Whipped Cinnamon Vanilla Honey Butter on:
Anything and everything haha!
Here are some of my favorite ideas:
- Honey White Bread (I love to make this recipe into 6 mini loaves.)
- Banana Bread
- Muffins
- Pancakes
- Waffles
- Cornbread
- Toast
- English Muffins
- Vegetables such as sweet potatoes
- etc!
How to make Whipped Cinnamon Vanilla Honey Butter:
It is so simple!
- Add all ingredients to the mixing bowl. (Either a bowl using a handheld mixer or a stand mixer with a paddle attachment.)
- Beat on medium-high for 3-5 minutes, until the honey butter is light in color and fluffy.
- Taste and add more salt if desired.
- Transfer to a container and enjoy!
Tips and Tricks:
-Make sure the butter is softened. If it’s not, it won’t be able to whip up and be smooth and creamy. Pull out the 2 butter sticks a few hours or so before you make this recipe. If you must, this recipe will be forgiving, you can microwave it, for just 10 seconds to help it soften a little faster.
-The amount of salt you add varies because I want it to be just how you like it! My husband likes less salt, I like more. Everyone is different! So when you are done whipping the honey butter, taste it to see how much more salt you would like to add. Make sure you use find sea salt.
-Feel free to add a little more or less of the cinnamon as desired.
-Make ahead of time if needed. Just keep it in the fridge and pull it out to soften a couple of hours before serving.
-Pipe the honey butter into a serving dish for a fancy way to serve it. (I used piping tip 2D with a piping bag in the pictures above.)
Perfect for giving as a cute gift!
