Summer berries are so good! I love the vibrant colors of the berries and how tasty, juicy, and delicious berries are. I decided it would be amazing to put a variety of berries together in one fruit salad and it turned out just perfect! In this recipe, we have strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. And to make it even better it is tossed with the most delicious honey-lime dressing. This really brings out the sweetness of the berries!

Berries can get pricey so to keep costs down this recipe calls for more strawberries and blueberries than raspberries and blackberries. But since grocery store prices will differ, this recipe is very flexible in what berries you add and how much of each. Feel free to adjust this recipe and make it your own!

How to Make Easy Berry Fruit Salad:
Wash and gently dry the fruit
Mix together lime zest, lime juice, and honey.
Add the fruit to a large bowl and gently toss with the honey/lime dressing.
Chill for 20 minutes + and serve!
Make-Ahead + how to store:
This Easy Berry Fruit Salad will look and taste the best the day you prepare it but will still be delicious for a couple more days.
Prepare the berries in the bowl but don’t add the dressing until you are ready to serve. Just keep both the berries and dressing in the fridge but in separate bowls, when ready to serve, toss the honey-lime dressing with the berries. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.

- 2 pounds strawberries, hulled and sliced (about 4 cups)
- 12 oz. blueberries (about 2 cups)
- 6 oz. raspberries (about 1 cup)
- 6 oz. blackberries (about 1 cup)
- ¼ cup honey
- Zest of 1 lime
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- Wash and gently dry berries. Combine the fruit in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl mix together honey, lime zest, and lime juice.
- Drizzle over the fruit and gently stir until the fruit is all coated.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. This is best served on the 1st day but still is good on the 2nd day.
You can add a little mint or poppyseeds if you would like.
