Happy almost Thanksgiving friends! It’s that time of year where my heart is full of gratitude for my blessings! I am so grateful for all of you who read my blog and make my recipes. I read over my Thanksgiving post from last year and had to laugh because I talked about how it was a rough year and life was hard. This year was 10x’s harder for me but I’m grateful for the lessons I have learned and I am a better person because of it. Life is crazy and I haven’t been able to blog as much as I would like this year so thank you for sticking around and being patient with me! I have a lot of fabulous recipe ideas I will be sharing on this blog so stay tuned!

It’s no secret that I LOVE food so Thanksgiving is one of my favorite days of the year! I have put together all of my favorite recipes for Thanksgiving in one place for you. All of these recipes are tried and true and very loved by me and my family. I love all the recipes below but my very favorite ones are the Slow Cooker Turkey, Sweet Potato Casserole, Cranberry Salad, and Chocolate Silk Pie.

I only included my more “popular” Thanksgiving recipes so these are all recipes many people have tried and loved over the past 9 years of my Love to be in the Kitchen blog!

** Thanksgiving Recipes **

    I really am spoilt for choice with all these delicious sounding recipes. Hmm, I think that I’ll try the quick dinner rolls first, mainly because since living here I’ve not been able to get yeast to rise properly so at least I can make some fresh bread rolls even if I can’t make loaves like I want to.

    I would make the garlic parmesean red mashed potatoes first. I love homemade mashed potatoes.

    I’m going to make a chocolate pie with your Oreo crust and I have to try the sweet potato casserole with streusel oat topping. I’m not a fan of sweet potatoes because of the marshmallow topping but your streusel looks yummy!
