I think that energy bites are pretty much the best snack ever! My life is so busy right now with 4 kids. So many times when I’m hungry I don’t get to eat when I need to because the baby needs to nurse or my toddler needs help with something. And since I’m nursing I get hungry often! So I need healthy and quick snacks. Now that I have a batch of these No Bake Toffee Energy Bites in my fridge when I am hungry but too busy to sit down and eat I just grab one or two and it gives me the energy I need to keep going!
