3 ingredients are all you need to make this delicious and refreshing healthy juice recipe! Carrot Pineapple Orange Juice is so tasty kids and adults will love it!
I recently got my first juicer ever! The amazing Hurom juicer and to say I’m already obsessed is an understatement! I’ve already used it 3 times in 2 days! It’s so easy and fun to use. My boys were mesmerized and couldn’t believe I could make juice! We have so many fun recipe ideas we want to make. Everything we have tried so far has been so good.
This Carrot Pineapple Orange Juice was amazing!! Each flavor went really well together making for a delicious juice. It was naturally sweet and tangy. I loved it! I always get excited when I find a new and yummy way to enjoy healthy foods.
Since getting my Hurom juicer and researching juicers on the internet I’ve realized it’s top of the line! It has a slow squeezing technology that creates less heat and friction, which helps to maintain the vitamins and nutrients in the fruits and vegetables you juice. And you can also use it to make sorbet, jam, almond milk and more! My husband can’t wait for me to make sorbet using it!
It has an ultra-quiet AC induction motor and is energy efficient. Plus it is BPA free. It is so easy to use. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to figure it out without my husband but it was so easy! And I love how easy it is to clean as well. I found the juicer fascinating to watch it work. I just cut the vegetable and fruit to size and put it in and it gently and slowly squeezed it into juice. There’s a cap where the juice comes out so you can wait to have the juice come out when you are ready. It has an “auto-pulp” feature I found so fun to watch. (I’m a food nerd I know!) This feature allows the maximum amount of pressing action before the pulp is automatically ejected. This gives you more juice than you would get with most juicers.
The pulp doesn’t need to go to waste! There are so many great ways to use it!
A few ideas to use pulp:
- Add to baked goods. (Adds a lot of moisture and nutrition!)
- Make other recipes with it/ add it to food. (Hummus, crackers, fruit leather, soup, pasta, meatloaf, smoothies etc.)
- Dry it and add it to granola or trail mix
- Use it for compost
- Use in DIY skincare recipes (like scrubs, masks, and soaps)
- Freeze for later
I used the leftover pulp to make muffins!
It was so easy to have the pulp from the previous days juice to add to these Healthy Juice Pulp Muffins. It made them so moist and delicious! I’m currently snacking on one right now and still can’t believe how good it made it! These muffins are so moist and yummy! The best part is how fast it was to make this recipe because I didn’t have to prepare any vegetables/fruit. The batter came together quickly then I added the pulp from this juice recipe and baked it up and the muffins were ready! I’m all about quick, easy and delicious. These muffins were a hit with my family too! You can find the recipe for these Healthy Juice Pulp Muffins here.
And good news!
