Since becoming a mom of three kids when my baby girl was born in March I have been a busy mama keeping up with my kids! And as a nursing mom I need plenty of energy and nutrients. Since I am so busy I used to just grab whatever snack I could get quickly and often those weren’t healthy choices. Now I am making an effort to eat healthier and snack better.
I went to my local Smith’s and picked up Yoplait’s new Plentí Greek Yogurt to help keep my snacking on track. This is no ordinary yogurt. Yoplait Plentí is a fulfilling Greek yogurt that is healthy, filling and satisfying. Yoplait Plentí is a blend of creamy Greek yogurt with fruit, whole-grain oats, flax and pumpkin seed. I love how it makes me feel after. It gives me energy and helps me feel fulfilled.

My favorite flavors so far are Vanilla, Raspberry and Strawberry but I can’t wait to try all the flavors! I love that Yoplait Plentí keeps me full! It’s seriously 10 am some days before I get breakfast just because I’m so busy getting my kids ready for the day. So now with Yoplait Plentí I can have a quick and fulfilling snack to keep my energy up and be a fun mom for my kids!

Regular yogurt is not my favorite because it doesn’t taste that great to me and doesn’t fill me up. I absolutely loved Yoplait Plentí‘s Plentiful Greek Yogurt! I get so excited when I find a new product that is not only healthy but convenient for my busy life as a mom. The oats, flax and seeds adds a nice chewiness to the yogurt which I really enjoyed and I loved the smooth creaminess of the Greek yogurt.

I love how the container is like a little bowl. All you need is a spoon and you’ve got a delicious and healthy snack! I’m always on the go with my kids and now I have a perfect fulfilling snack to throw in the diaper bag!
