Satisfy your craving for a fudgy chocolatey brownie with these 30-Second Brownies!
My life is pretty crazy now with a new baby and two energetic boys! When a craving hits for something chocolatey like brownies I usually don’t have the energy or time to whip up something amazing! This recipe for 30-second brownies is the perfect answer! With only 5 ingredients all 1 tablespoon each it’s simple to make and easy to memorize the recipe!
This recipe has been a favorite of mine for years. I shared it on my blog 3 years ago and wanted to re-share it today to remind you all to make it again or try it out for the first time! My friend said her husband made this recipe and liked it so much he kept making it for weeks because he loved it and it was so easy.
This is such a fun recipe to make with kids too! So easy to measure out the ingredients and they can help stir it together and push the buttons on the microwave.
I love to top mine with chocolate chips as soon as I pull it out of the microwave. It gets all melty and adds even more chocolate goodness.
Enjoy!

Oh my–can’t wait to try this. 30 second brownies? Just died and went to heaven!
Lol! It’s pretty amazing!
Oh my word!! I am drooling! Even I can make 30 seconds to make brownies! I know what I am doing later π
π Enjoy! It’s so easy it’s amazing!
Oh my. This is a scary recipe. Brownies in only 30 seconds? I’m in a lot of trouble. π
Lol! So true but worth it!
Have you tried making them in paper bowls or cups? I was wondering about making them with in a scout meeting.
I haven’t tired it but I think it would work. Let me know! That sounds like a fun scout activity! π
This is so awesome and easy. I must admit, there will be a gluten free copycat on my site very soon! π
I was very skeptical about these. But let me tell you, they are just as good, if not better than boxed brownies. I made mine just as the recipe explained but with dark chocolate cocoa powder… And OMG- so good! I am scared because of how easy these are and how good. I actually never write reviews online but this one is great enough to warrant a comment. Whoever invented this recipe is my hero. I don’t have to make a whole pan, but just one. Genius!
Thanks so much for taking the time to comment Cyndi! I’m so happy you loved these! I’ll have to try it with dark cocoa powder next time. I LOVE dark chocolate.
