These Mickey Mouse Chocolate Chip Cookies are so fun and delicious! No kidding this is the best cookie I have eaten in my entire life! These cookies are so soft and chewy it will blow your mind! And not to mention the addition of the chocolate on the cookie. Oh my goodness.
A few weeks ago I was in sunny Florida having all my dreams come true in Disney World! Seriously, it’s such a magical place. It was my first time there and I had the time of my life. I loved all their shops but of course, I loved the bakeries. My husband was patient with me as every bakery we would pass by I would be sure to stop and stare at all the fun and delicious treats they have. Since everything is pricey there I had to consider which treat I wanted to try so finally on our last night I decided to try the Mickey Mouse Cookie.
Here is my picture of it. It was super cute but sadly it wasn’t that great because it was hard but maybe that was because I bought it at the end of the day. So I decided for sure I would recreate this at home and make it 10 x’s better. And let me tell you not only did I succeed I think I made it 100 x’s better!
To start off, I made the cookie dough using my favorite recipe. I made small balls for the ears and lined them up to make sure they were the same size. Then I divided up the rest of the dough evenly to make the Mickey heads. (Note: My recipe will make 6 large Mickey Cookies) I did measure this out the first time and it was 1 tablespoon of dough for the ears and 3 tablespoons for the head but I think with the rest it was a little more dough for each.
Then I re-assembled the dough balls to make the Mickey shape. I placed the “ears” as close to the head as I could without it actually touching. Then I slightly pressed down on the dough for Mickey’s head.
After it baked it was perfect! The cutest Mickey cookie! I was really excited.
Or instead of dipping it in chocolate, you can just serve it up like this because either way, it is amazing! I hope you have so much fun making these cookies! I made these with my 3-year-old Levi. He is the biggest Mickey fan out there so it was lots of fun!

These Mickey Mouse Chocolate Chip Cookies are a copycat from the ones at Disneyland and Disney World. But they aren’t just the same, they are even better! These cookies are soft, chewy, and so delicious with the extra chocolate on top. This is also a fabulous everyday chocolate chip cookie recipe. If you use chocolate chips add a little (~1 tsp.) butter or shortening to them as you melt them to help the texture be smooth.Mickey Mouse Chocolate Chip Cookies

I am a pretty decent baker but would like you to know this recipe is amazing!! I sometimes just make large CC Cookies with it. They have become so popular at my home get together I was recently asked to make 100 for a grad party. People were crazy about these cookies, they were wiped out before any other dessert! Thank you for a great recipe and using melted butter is so much easier than waiting to soften.
That is so incredible! I’m so glad everyone loved it and I’m sure they were so grateful for you! This recipe truly is amazing!
