The other day I was tripling the recipe for the amazing Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos to freeze so I had a lot of chicken to shred. I don’t like shredding chicken so I wasn’t looking forward to how long it would take and then I remembered an awesome trick my friend taught me. Just place the chicken in your mixer and after only about 20 seconds it is shredded! A-MAZING! Thank you Bethany for saving me a lot of time. I will always do this for now on! 🙂
How to Shred Chicken in 20 Seconds
-Place cooked chicken in mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
-Turn on low until chicken is mostly shredded then turn to medium until chicken is completely shredded.
*Tip: Make sure chicken is warm.
What if you don’t have a cool mixer like that?
Try using a hand mixer on the lowest setting. That could work.
