Last Thursday was my husband Derek’s birthday. For dinner, I surprised him by getting a babysitter for our boys and taking him out to dinner. He didn’t know where we were going. I typed in the address in the GPS and he drove there unsure of where exactly we were going. Well, the GPS took us to Buffalo Wild Wings! He was so excited. We have been watching them build this restaurant close to our house for the past few months and it just recently opened. It is the only one in Utah and Derek always mentioned how much he’d like to try it. We really liked it there. It had a fun atmosphere and it was fun trying the different sauces. Our favorite was the spicy garlic sauce.
The next day I ate the few left overs we had and he came home from work and was sad there weren’t any more leftovers, especially the spicy garlic sauce. Oops! I felt really bad so I decided to make it up by making him my amazing Baked Boneless Buffalo Wings with the Buffalo Wild Wings Spicy Garlic Sauce. I was pleased with how simple it was and how good it tasted!
It was spicy though so for those of you like me who can’t handle too much spice I have directions on the bottom of how to make it less spicy. This recipe is a keeper! The sauce has a lot of great flavors to it. This amount of sauce is the perfect amount with my Baked Boneless Buffalo Wings . Or you can use it on any wing recipe.
I also served it with my favorite Bleu Cheese Dressing, carrots and celery. It makes it even better!
To make less spicy: Omit cayenne powder and add butter and/or water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach desired heat level.Buffalo Wild Wings Spicy Garlic Sauce

Becky, where do you get franks red sauce?
Hey Justin! I get mine at Walmart but I would think any grocery store would have it.
Thanks Becky for sharing this with us at Fidlin’ Fridays! I will have to get cookin!
Half an egg yolk…here goes nuthin!
Haha Yeah it’s an interesting amount but it’s perfect for this recipe. Hope you enjoyed it! 🙂
What to do with the egg whites??
There are so many possibilities. I usually just add it to scrambled eggs or a dish I make with eggs. Also, so many baking recipes call for egg whites.
This recipe is great! I make it all the time and use it for our buffalo chicken pizzas. If anyone is worried about using 1/2 egg yolk, just double the recipe. Problem solved, and the sauce keeps for awhile. Love this sauce, thank you!
Yum! Thanks for the suggestion! That’s perfect!
