Santa Fe Nachos

March 15, 2011 by becky Leave a Comment

I’m finally getting over my cold that made me so exhausted last week.  Good thing I was feeling better Saturday night because I got to host my first house party! I was so excited they picked me to host a party.  It was for a new product by Philadelphia (cream cheese) called cooking creme.  They have it in 4 different flavors.  Derek says it’s similar to cooking creme they use in Italy.
Sante Fe NachosHere are the 4 different flavors, Italian Cheese and Herb, Savory Garlic, Original and Santa Fe Blend.  My favorite along with most everyone else was the Santa Fe Blend. The flavors are amazing. You could just add a little milk and make it a chip dip.  Along with free coupons for the cooking creme and other cool things they sent me for my guests I got this Green Pan for free. It’s amazing.
We had a lot of people over and tried 4 new recipes.  I’ll post a couple later, but first here is the recipe for the Santa Fe Nachos.  This was the favorite dish.

1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1 jar (8 oz.) salsa

Directions
