I’m finally getting over my cold that made me so exhausted last week. Good thing I was feeling better Saturday night because I got to host my first house party! I was so excited they picked me to host a party. It was for a new product by Philadelphia (cream cheese) called cooking creme. They have it in 4 different flavors. Derek says it’s similar to cooking creme they use in Italy.

We had a lot of people over and tried 4 new recipes. I’ll post a couple later, but first here is the recipe for the Santa Fe Nachos. This was the favorite dish.
Santa Fe Nachos
Recipe from Kraft Philadelphia
Ingredients
1 can (15 oz.) chili without beans
1 tub (10 oz) Philadelphia Santa Fe Blend Cooking Creme
4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. (16 oz) tortilla chips
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1 jar (8 oz.) salsa
Directions
Cook chili in small saucepan on medium heat 5-6 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Mix cooking creme and shredded cheese in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes or until cheese is completely melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
Spread chips onto large platter; top with layers of beans, chili, cheese mixture and salsa.
