Kati’s Chip Dip

February 2, 2011 by becky 7 Comments

Potato Chip DipMy sister-in-law Kati is known for this dip.  It’s always requested for parties.  A month ago I watched her make it and took mental notes on the recipe since she didn’t have one. I didn’t realize how easy it was. I made it last week for a little BYU basketball party with my parents.

It’s one of the fastest recipes out there.  Everyone loves this dip.  I don’t even like cottage cheese and I love this dip.  Plus, you get to eat it with potato chips. I love potato chips.  It’s a perfect dip for parties.

Kati’s Chip Dip
Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz .cottage cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Mix together the cream cheese and cottage cheese.  Add the milk, using more or less for desired consistency.  Add the onion salt and garlic powder. Mix well.  Serve with potato chips.
