Crazy fact- I never liked pickles until the end of my 1st pregnancy when I started to like them! Now I love them! So glad I changed my ways. I love this little snack, it’s so easy to make, only 3 ingredients but it’s so good. It’s the perfect party food. We have these all the time with my in-laws and I always request it for my birthday dinner. It’s everyone’s favorite!
To Make Ham and Cream Cheese Pickle Roll-Ups:
-Slice deli ham in half or thirds.
-Spread softened cream cheese on top. As thick as you’d like! (I love it thick!)
-You can buy already whipped cream cheese or whip it yourself to make it easier to spread, but only if you want.
-Add the baby dill pickle, roll up and stick a toothpick in it.
-For a prettier presentation, cut the rolled up Ham and Cream Cheese Pickle Roll-Ups in half and stick a toothpick in each half.
-Serve and enjoy!
- Ham, Deli style
- Baby dill pickles
- Cut ham into halves or thirds. Spread cream cheese on ham. Place pickle on ham and cream cheese, roll up and stick a toothpick in the middle. For a prettier roll-up, cut the rolled up ham pickle rolled up in half and stick a toothpick in each half.
You can buy whipped cream cheese or whip a regular block of cream cheese (softened) yourself. This does make it a little easier to spread on the ham.
