Yogurt Chicken

November 17, 2010 by becky 2 Comments

Yogurt ChickenThis recipe is from my best friend from high school, Linsey. We’ve been friends since our sophomore year. We used to hang out all the time and we still keep in touch. I loved having dinner with her family since dinner was always great. Yogurt chicken was one of those yummy dinners.

This just might be my favorite chicken recipe ever. The chicken is moist and tender and the cracker crust has the most wonderful taste. You will love it!

Yogurt Chicken
2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. season salt
8 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup melted butter

Combine Ritz crackers, parmesan cheese, garlic salt and season salt to make crumb mixture. Set aside. Use paper towel to pat dry the chicken. Coat the chicken with yogurt. Roll in crumbs.Place in 9×13 baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
