Bleu Cheese Dip
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup crumbled bleu cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small clove garlic, chopped
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • *optional: 1 tablespoon milk or buttermilk
  1. Mix together the sour cream, bleu cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl until combined but still chunky. Season with salt and pepper. Add the milk/buttermilk if you want a thinner dip.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
