In general most dark chocolate recipes are made with Dark Cocoa Powder, Dark Chocolate Chips or chopped dark chocolate. Two of my favorite dark chocolate products are Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa Powder and Guittard Extra Dark Chocolate Chips.
If by chance you don’t love dark chocolate or don’t have it on hand any of these recipes can very easily be changed by using semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips, regular or Dutch Cocoa powder etc.
