I love taco salad. It’s a great meal to serve when you are feeding a crowd. I love how versatile it is and how you can pick and choose what you like so you can please the pickiest of eaters. The best part is how easy and quick it is. A little while ago we had Derek’s younger siblings over for a sleepover and this is what we had for dinner. It was a hit and everyone loved it.
